    There is so much great information in this podcast (and all the Health Edge podcasts). I’ve “dived deep” into functional medicine issues the past few years after gaining familiarity through your podcasts and identifying a medical condition I wanted to address. Your podcasts stand out for the breadth and depth of information and the fact that it is user friendly and practical (truly “news we can use”.

    One of the slides you posted said TSH should ideally be under 2.5, and I think you may have said in the podcast under 2 is optimal. Do you have suggestions for people whose level is higher? (Mine was historically around 2 but I see that it was nearly 4 on the most recent blood test.)
