If not sure how much Vitamin K-2 is in my diet and I take 150 mcg/day, can one ‘overdose’ on K-2?
Is it important or beneficial to take together with any other vitamin? I thought I heard previously that one should wait several hours after taking Vit D, maybe others, before taking K-2?
Any brand recommendation? Many brands seem to include K-1 and K-2?
It’s been on my radar along with boron I think? for osteoporosis.
    Thanks.
