I have recently been told at the age of 61 I have a T-Score for osteoporosis of -3.3 . I am feeling devastated by this and am scared of the side effects with prescribed medications. I would like to try supplementation of calcium, D3 and K2. I am looking for information on daily amounts?……and if there is anyone else taking this route who can give feedback if it is helping, etc?
