    For years I have prioritized listening to a wide variety of podcasts and lectures and attending programs on health matters. There is no other source that comes close to The Health Edge podcasts and your other presentations I have heard in informing and guiding my lifestyle practices. You keep adding new information. Also, I forget the importance of some things (like a perennial “summer slide”), and your podcasts bring key concepts back to the front of my mind. You truly do provide “news you can use.” I can’t thank you enough or adequately express my appreciation for sharing your vast stores of practical knowledge and wisdom in these podcasts and occasional programs.
