    There’s an expression that is used in the UK when you are left totally in awe of something or someone and it’s being left “gobsmacked”. And John, you just never cease to create that gobsmacking effect whenever I listen to you talk about nutrition and its impact on health.
    You’re the one that fuelled my passion for nutrition years ago and almost had me drop everything to go back to University. I never did for a number of reasons but one of them was that no matter how much I thought I could learn I never believed that I would come close to your capability to retain, analyze and synthesize information like you do.
    So thank you again from the bottom of my heart for sharing all that you do with us. It’s truly humbling and oh so inspiring.
