    Hi Mark and John,

This episode was very interesting. I love coffee, but just gave up coffee and tea because I read about its effects on hormones. I was experiencing hormonal acne and it improved instantly after giving up coffee. I’m a 28 year old woman and had never experienced hormonal acne until this year. The hormonal acne seemed to correlate to switching to a higher fat, lower carb diet. Other then acne I feel very good eating this way. It would be great to hear more about what you think about the connection between hormones and caffeine consumption is. Most of what I’ve read so far about it is from Alisa Vitti who discourages caffeine consumption. Thanks for all the great shows! I’ve learned so much from listening to your podcast.
