    Thanks for this information.

    John, in several other podcasts, but not in this one, you have mentioned in passing that you have come to believe everyone would be well served by eating yogurt every day. Is that primarily because of the reasons recited in this podcast or rather other considerations?

    One more thing. After listening to the podcast, I ascertained from my 23andme raw data that I’m a secretor as follows
    :
    “A FUT2 non-secretor has a homozygous mutation in the SNP rs601338 that changes G to A. Those with AG or GG (heterozygous and wild-type) are FUT2 secretors.

    Check your 23andMe results for rs601338:

    GG: FUT2 secretor
    AG: FUT2 secretor
    AA: FUT2 non-secretor, lower amounts of bifidobacteria, resistant to norovirus”
