    Is the chia seed recipe posted somewhere?
    Also, in the beginning of the podcast John talked about peanut butter/soy/dairy/gluten free. What’s wrong with peanut butter, especially if you grind it yourself at a co-op for example? And I thought dairy from grass-fed Jersey cow or from goat or sheep was ok?
