There’s a wealth of info in this podcast, touching on a number of important concepts I was vaguely familiar with but don’t know much about.

Thanks for flagging the Masterjohn work. You had mentioned his work before, maybe in the Vitamin K2 context. He’s a great thinker and I had forgotten about this superb resource on a wide variety of topics (such as sleep!).

One of the most helpful things I get from your podcasts is the small life tips that I incorporate into my daily life — e.g., eat dark leafy greens two times a day, eat yogurt every day, eat pasture raised eggs. You mentioned selenium in passing in this podcast. I read somewhere else that eating 2-3 Brazil nuts today is an easy way to ensure adequate selenium in this era of depleted soil. Do you concur or recommend something else?

You mentioned iodine in passing in the glutathione context. Previously you have mentioned that most people are deficient in iodine thanks to soils being depleted and could benefit from daily supplementation with Lugol’s. Am I correct in thinking you recommend that and if so I would appreciate your input about how much and when (to maximize absorption).

Thanks again for sharing your expertise in these amazing podcasts!
