    Hello!

I really enjoy your show and find it very informative. I just received my Vit D results and they were low (22 ng/ml). My doctor recommends 50,000 mg Vit D every 3 weeks for 3 months & then 2,000/day maintenance all in the form of vitamin D2.

I have 2 questions for you?

    1) I live in Southern California and spend time almost everyday In the sun without sunscreen but my vitamin D has remained low over the last 7 years (since I started testing). I do have M.S. Is this typical for someone with an autoimmune disease and if so are you are of the etiology driving low vitamin D in autoimmune conditions?

    2) Do you agree with 50,000 mg Vit D for 3 months as long as it is Vit D3 and takenwith Vitamin A & K To restore my levels?

Thank you for all you do!
